ATHLETE Hydraulic Filter Elements are made of resin impregnated paper media (Cellulosic or Glass Fibre) that are designed for high chemical resistance and high burst pressure resistance under cold start.

Specifications:

Nominal Micron Rating: These filters are available in 3, 5, 10, 20, 25, 35 mm particle size ratings.

Media Used: Cellulosic fibre or Glass fibre

End Caps:Hydraulic press expanded type/casted aluminium/SS

Support:Perforated SS/GI sheet is used in the core of the filter to support the pleated media

ATHLETE Hydraulic All Metal Filters are also available in wire mesh elements that are specially designed for high temperature resistance, chemical resistance and high pressure differential.

Specifications:

Nominal Micron Rating: These filters have 25 micron as nominal filtration rating. They can also be specially made on order for fine filtration applications where the range of nominal micron rating goes down to 5 micron.

Media: Fine wire mesh made of stainless steel

End Caps: Hydraulic press expanded type/casted aluminium/SS

Support: Perforated SS/GI sheet is used in the core of the filter to support the wire mesh media.

ATHLETE AIR-OIL SEPARATOR

ATHLETE AIR- OIL Separator Filters are used to separate and reclaim lubricants in the air, gas stream of air compressors in general and rotary compressor in particular. These have application in automobile and allied industries.

Specifications:

• Media Used: Borosilicate/ glass fibre wrapped or in pleated construction
• Nominal Micron Rating: 0.3 to 3 micron
• Material of Casing: Bright steel zinc plated with corrosion resistance or SS
• Connection: Flanged/ cylindrical
• Flow Rate: upto 1500 cfm
• Efficiency: between 2-4 ppm
• Performance: Initial pressure drop 0.18 bar @7 bar pressure. Design collapse differential pressure 4 bar, Maximum operating temperature 160 degree centigrade.
