ATHLETE MICRO FINE Filters
ATHLETE Micro Fine filter are manufactured using synthetic non-woven polyester/polypropylene/nylon/glass fibre media supported by aluminium mesh, encased and sealed in Aluminium/GI/MS/SS frames. Different models are available on order for specific applications where the need is to capture particles of sizes ranging from as small as 1.0 micron to the largest of 5.0 micron with high dust holding capacity. All the filters are washable and made as per the standards confirming to ASHRAE 52.2, EUROVENT 4/9 and CEN EN779.

| Efficiency | Standard fine filters have an efficiency of 99% for 5 micron size particles. Filters with varying efficiency rating to capture 1.0 micron to 5.0 micron size particles are available on order. |
| Filtration Class | Filter grades F5, F6, F7, F8, F9 of EN779, ASHRAE 52.2 equivalent MERV8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and Eurovent EU 6, EU7, EU8 and EU9 are available |

| Pressure Drop | Initial pressure drop ~6.5mm WG and recommended final pressure drop is ~15mm WG |
| Operating Conditions | Filter can withstand temperature up to 60oC and relative humidity of 70% |
| Application | Athlete Micro Fine filters can be used as seconary filter for HEPA filters and are most suited for: Computer Centers, Ventilation Systems, Telephone Exchanges, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Research Laboratories, Operation Theatres, Paint Shops, Nuclear Power Plants, Textile Mills, Cement Factories, Chemical and Fertilizers Plants, Mushroom Farms, Food and Beverage Industries, Pharmaceutical Industries, Biotechnology Industries, Movie Theatre Industry and Miscellaneous Industrial Ventilation. |
